Research progress intestinal microecological balance maintenance mea-sures in congenital megacolon
Congenital megacolon is a functional intestinal motility disorder caused by developmental disorders of the intestinal nervous system and the absence of intestinal ganglion cells. It is a common congenital digestive tract malformation in pediatric surgery. Its main feature is the spasm caused by the absence of ganglion cells in the intramuscular and submucosal nerve plexus. The main treatment is surgical resection of the non-ganglionic intestinal tube.According to the characteristics of intestinal immune function deficiency in children with congenital megacolon, which is easy to cause bacterial translocation and infection, this paper expounds the effects of nutritional status, microecological preparations, anal dilatation, colon irrigation, and surgical methods on the intestinal flora of children with congenital megacolon,so as to strengthen clinicians'understanding of congenital megacolon and improve the therapeutic effect.
