中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是中性粒细胞受到刺激后失去内膜,并随之产生的一种染色质纤维网状结构.最初作为中性粒细胞的第二种抗菌机制被发现,认为其完善了中性粒细胞的抗菌作用;然而,越来越多的研究表明,NETs的过度产生导致炎症反应在许多肺部疾病中发挥重要作用,并与疾病的严重程度密切相关.有针对性地上调、下调、破坏或保护已经形成的NETs可能会成为未来呼吸系统疾病的新疗法.本文综述了NETs的形成及对肺部疾病影响,并讨论了药物治疗的策略.
Research progress of neutrophil extracellular traps in pulmonary diseases
Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)is a kind of chromatin fibrous network structure which is generated after neutrophil loses its inner membrane after stimulation.Originally discovered as a second antimicrobial mechanism of neutrophils,it was thought to complete the antibacterial action of neutrophils.However,a growing body of researches have shown that overproduction of NETs leads to an inflammatory reaction that plays an important role in many lung diseases and is strongly associated with disease severity.Targeted up-regulation,down-regulation,destruction or protection of NETs that have already formed may become new therapies for respiratory diseases in the future.This article reviews the formation of NETs and its effect on pulmonary diseases,and discusses the strategies of drug treatment.
