老年衰弱患者健康照护需求的质性研究

摘要
目的 深入了解老年衰弱患者健康照护需求,为构建老年衰弱患者健康照护模式提供参考.方法 入选2020年 7月至 10月在河北省沧州市人民医院接受诊治的老年衰弱患者作为研究对象,使用半结构式访谈法收集老年衰弱患者对于健康照护的需求及建议,并使用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析.结果 共提炼出5个主题,包括衰弱的认知、饮食照护需求、运动照护需求、人文关怀需求、卫生服务需求.结论 对于老年衰弱患者应积极准确评估其健康照护需求,并以合理的方式为患者提供多维度、多内容的健康照护,尽可能减少不良事件发生,从而达到改善患者生活质量的目的.
Abstract
Objective To understand the health care needs of geriatric patients,and provide reference for the construction of health care model for geriatric patients.Methods Senile patients treated in Cangzhou People's Hospital of Hebei Province from July to October 2020 were selected as research objects.Semi-structured interview method was used to collect the health care needs and suggestions of senile patients,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results A total of five themes were extracted,including frailty cognition,dietary care needs,sports care needs,humanistic care needs,and health service needs.Conclusion The health care needs of elderly patients with asthenia should be evaluated positively and accurately,and multi-dimensional and multi-content health care should be provided to patients in a reasonable way to reduce adverse events as much as possible,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
