目的 基于CiteSpace探讨补肾法治疗少弱精子症的可视化分析.方法 计算机检索 1995 年 1 月至 2022年12 月收录于中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、万方医学网、中国生物医学文献服务系统 5 个数据库的采用补肾法治疗少弱精子症的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件对相关文献的发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共 373 篇文献被纳入研究,发文量呈波动式上升趋势,其中 2017 年与 2020 年发文量最高.发文量最多的作者和机构是孙自学教授及河南中医药大学,中医药治疗、五子衍宗丸、临床疗效等为高频关键词,关键词共形成 14 个聚类,突现关键词有数据挖掘和用药规律等.结论 研究者对名医经验、中医理论探讨的关注度较高,机制研究较少且缺乏高质量随机对照试验.
Visual analysis of tonifying kidney method for treatment of oligonas-thenospermia based on CiteSpace
Objective To explore the visual analysis of tonifying kidney method for treatment of oligonasthenospermia based on CiteSpace.Methods From January 1995 to December 2022,the relevant literatures on the treatment of oligoasthenospermia using tonifying kidney method were searched by computer,which were collected in five databases:CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,Wanfang Medical Network,and China Biomedical Literature Service System.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords in relevant literature.Results A total of 373 literatures were included in the study,and the number of published literatures showed a fluctuating upward trend,with the highest number of published literatures in 2017 and 2020.The most published authors and institutions were Sun Zixue professor and Henan University of Chinese Medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Wuzi Yanzong Pills,and clinical curative effect were high-frequency keywords.A total of 14 clusters of keywords were formed,and the prominent keywords were data mining,medication rule,and so on.Conclusion Researchers pay more attention to the experience of famous doctors and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and there are few mechanism studies and lack of high-quality randomized controlled trials.
