Impact of focused psychological intervention based on cross theoretical model on the psychological resilience and health behavior of elderly patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To observe the impact of focused psychological intervention based on a cross theoretical model on the psychological resilience and health behavior of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Daqing Longnan Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received focused psychological intervention based on cross theoretical model.Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score,health promotion lifestyle profile scale-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱscore),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before intervention and three months after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the total score of CD-RISC,total score of HPLP-Ⅱ,and scores of all dimensions in the two groups were higher than before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused psychological intervention based on a cross theoretical model can effectively improve the psychological resilience and health behavior level of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and satisfaction of patients are higher.
