Application effect of combined enabling nursing model in patients with viral hepatitis
Objective To explore the application effect of combined enabling nursing model in patients with viral hepatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with viral hepatitis admitted to the Department of Hepatology of the Fourth People's Hospital of Huaian,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the grouping mode based on single and even numbers, the patients were divided into reference group and intervention group, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group implemented the routine rehabilitation nursing mode, and the intervention group implemented combined enabling rehabilitation nursing mode based on the routine rehabilitation nursing measures, one day after admission and three months after intervention, the self-management ability, adverse reaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After three months of intervention, the scores of physical activity, clinical treatment, psychology, and diet in two groups were higher than those in one day after admission, and the intervention group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction such as malnutrition, abnormal liver function,hyper-bilirubinemia and hepatic pain in the intervention group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After three months of intervention, the quality of life scores in both groups were higher than those in one day after admission, and the intervention group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the combined enabling nursing model for patients with viral hepatitis is conducive to improving patients'self-management ability, reducing the incidence of adverse reaction, and improving their daily life quality.
