Application of hypertension health management plan based on digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform in patients with essential hypertension
Objective To explore the application of hypertension health management plan based on digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform in patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with primary hypertension admitted to the Department of Cardiology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and management group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Control group received a routine health management plan, while management group received a health management plan based on a digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform. Both groups were managed for three months.Blood pressure, quality of life, and medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after management. Results After management, the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before management, and the management group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management, the quality of life scale scores of both groups were higher than those before management, and the management group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management, the score of medication compliance scale in the two groups were higher than those before management, and the management group was higher than the intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health management plan based on digital remote blood pressure monitoring platform for essential hypertension patients can effectively help patients control blood pressure, and improve medication compliance, which is of great significance for improving patients'quality of life.
