Application effect of exercise endurance level rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction after interventional surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of exercise endurance level rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction after interventional surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction after interventional Surgery admitted to the Brain Center, the Sixth People's Hospital of Nantong,Jiangsu Province from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group and intervention group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine rehabilitation nursing measures, and the intervention group implemented hierarchical rehabilitation nursing measures of exercise endurance. One day after admission and three months after intervention, the rehabilitation exercise compliance, motor function and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After three months of intervention, the compliance score of rehabilitation exercise in both groups was higher than that one day after admission;the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The limb function score of the two groups was higher than that one day after admission, and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications such as pressure injury, deep vein thrombosis, infection and hemiplegia in intervention group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise endurance hierarchical rehabilitation nursing measures for patients after interventional for cerebral infarction are conducive to improving patients'compliance with rehabilitation exercise, improving motor function and reducing complications.
