Indicator construction of Liaoning Province traditional Chinese medicine wisdom medical big data standardization system construction based on Delphi method
Objective To evaluate the importance of the dimensions and construction indicators of Liaoning Province traditional Chinese medicine wisdom medical big data standardization system construction,and to screen the construction indicators.Methods From November 2021 to May 2022,relevant literature and industry standards were searched on CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP with keywords such as"data standard","traditional Chinese medicine clinical",and"system construction",and the dimensions of the system and construction indicators were preliminarily formulated.Two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were sent to 52 experts online from December 2022 to February 2023 using the Delphi method,SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to make a analysis of the enthusiasm and authority of expert,concentration and coordination of expert opinions.Results The recovery rate of questionnaires in both rounds was＞60%,the coefficient of authority of experts was＞0.7,the coefficient of variation of each indicator was＜0.25,and the experts had consistency in the Kendall's W test of harmonization(P＜0.01).A total of 47 indicators were retained in the first round and 4 new indicators were added,51 indicators were retained in the second round.Conclusion The construction indicators of Liaoning Province traditional Chinese medicine wisdom medical big data standardization system are scientific,and the experts'opinions are unanimous,and the screened indicators can be used as the construction standard of the system,and the construction of indicators advances the process of Liaoning Province traditional Chinese medicine wisdom medical big data standardization system construction.
