Discussion on the medication rules of Professor Quan Renfu in the treat-ment of ankylosing spondylitis based on data mining
Objective To investigate the medication rules of Professor Quan Renfu in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods The clinical prescriptions of AS patients treated by Professor Quan Renfu in Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to January 2022 were screened and sorted out.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)was used to analyze drug frequency,nature,flavour,channel tropism,and efficacy,and association rules and cluster analysis were used to explore the rules of prescription composition.Results A total of 85 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 116 kinds of drugs,including 26 kinds of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine.The drug natures were mainly warm.The drug flavours were mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter.Drugs mainly entered the liver,kidney,and spleen channels.The main efficacy of the drug was to dispel wind-dampness and tonifying deficiency.A total of 14 commonly used drug patterns and 20 associated drug combinations were obtained,and four cluster prescription combinations were obtained by analysis.Conclusion Professor Quan Renfu's treatment of AS medication rules are to dispel wind-dampness and tonifying liver and kidney,giving consideration to both manifestation and root cause;advocating warming governor vessel dispersing cold,activating qi and activating blood,and paying attention to nourishing the spleen and stomach at the same time.
