基于"虚气留滞"益气活血中药有效成分抗缺血性脑病炎性损伤的研究进展

摘要
缺血性脑卒中(IS)是由于大脑血管阻塞,血液循环障碍,导致脑组织缺血性坏死的一种疾病.目前,炎性损伤已被证明是IS的关键病理机制之一.近年来,益气活血中药有效成分广泛运用于IS等疾病,具有抗感染、抗氧化应激等效应.核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路作为关键的炎症通路之一,广泛参与IS的病理进程.本文拟以NF-κB信号通路为切入点,对益气活血中药有效成分防治IS的研究作一综述,旨在为后续使用中药有效成分干预IS炎症机制研究提供一定参考依据和思路.
Abstract
Ischemic stroke(IS)is the disease caused by cerebral vascular occlusion and blood circulation disorders,which leading to the ischemic necrosis of brain tissue.At present,the inflammatory injury has been proven to be one of the key pathological mechanisms of IS.In recent years,the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying qi and promoting blood have anti-inflammatory,antioxidant stress and other effects on Is related diseases widely.Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway,as one of the key inflammatory pathways,is widely involved in the pathological process of IS.Taking NF-κB signaling pathway as the starting point,this paper aims to review the studies on the prevention and treatment of IS by the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying qi and promoting blood,in order to provide some reference and ideas for the subsequent studies on the intervention of the inflammatory mechanism of IS with the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine.
