体外膜肺氧合支持治疗患者医院感染危险因素及防控的研究进展

摘要
体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)支持治疗患者是医院感染的高风险人群.本文综述了ECMO支持治疗患者医院感染的危险因素与防控措施,并从患者相关因素、治疗相关因素及环境与设备因素阐明该人群医院感染的危险因素;防控措施涵盖合理置管、拔管操作,清洁消毒,建立专业团队,加强感染监测,监测药物浓度,导管材料的选择.本文旨在为医务人员提供前沿指导,加强对该领域的专业认知,以实现在ECMO支持治疗中最大限度地降低感染风险,提升患者的生存质量.
Abstract
Patients receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)support therapy are at high risk for nosocomial infections.This paper reviews the risk factors and prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection in patients treated with ECMO support,and clarified the risk factors of nosocomial infection in this population from the aspects of patient-related factors,treatment-related factors,and environment and equipment factors;the prevention and control measures include rational catheterization and extubation operations,cleaning and disinfection,establishing professional teams,strengthening infection surveillance,monitoring drug concentration,and selection of catheter materials.The purpose of this paper is to provide leading edge guidance for medical staff and enhance professional knowledge in this field,so as to minimize the risk of infection and improve the quality of life of patients in ECMO supported treatment.
