Research progress on the effects of generalized anxiety on hypertension and its non-pharmacological treatment
Hypertension is a high incidence in the world,and is related to the occurrence and development of other cardiovascular diseases and other organ system diseases.Hypertension prevention and treatment is of great significance to improve the future quality of life of patients and relieve the pressure of medical care.As a common disease in basic health care,the incidence of generalized anxiety has increased year by year in recent years.The relationship between generalized anxiety and hypertension is complex,and regulated by physiological and environmental factors.This paper reviews the effects of generalized anxiety on blood pressure in hypertensive patients.Non-drug treatment is more effective in the treatment of patients with generalized anxiety combined with hypertension.Comprehensive treatment is needed to optimize blood pressure control for patients with hypertension in clinical practice,so as to reduce long-term complications and improve patient prognosis.
