摘要
本文通过查阅历代本草医籍并结合现代文献材料,对桃仁的性味、归经和功效演变进行了系统的梳理与考证.考证结果发现桃仁性味、归经的论述古今确有差异:唐代以前,桃仁味苦、甘、辛,性平、温、热,无毒、双仁者有毒、微毒均有记载,元代首次出现桃仁的归经问题,直至现代桃仁的性味、归经才趋于统一,即苦、甘,平,有小毒,归心、肝、大肠经;在功效演变方面,古今皆用的功效有破血逐瘀、止咳逆、润肠燥.古存今失的功效有辟鬼除邪、杀虫、祛风除蒸等.该研究结果为今后桃仁的深入研究、开发利用等提供本草学依据.
Abstract
In this paper,through the reference of herbal medicine books of the past dynasties and modern literature materials,the nature and flavour,channel tropism,and the evolution of efficacy of Persicae Semen were systematically sorted out and textual researched.The result of textual research found that there are differences between ancient and modern discussions about the nature and flavour,channel tropism of Persicae Semen.Before the Tang Dynasty,the flavours of Persicae Semen were bitter,sweet,pungent,the natures of Persicae Semen were plain,warm,heat,non-toxic,double kernel of Persicae Semen were recorded toxic,slightly toxic.The problem of Persicae Semen channel tropism appeared for the first time in the Yuan Dynasty,until the modern,the nature and flavour,channel tropism of Persicae Semen achieved unity,that is,bitter,sweet,plain,with small toxic,into the heart,liver,large channels.In terms of efficacy evolution,the ancient and modern effects are used to break blood and remove blood stasis,arresting cough,moistening the dry intestine.The effects of ancient and lost are to remove evil spirits,kill insects,dispel wind and steam.The results of this study provide the basis of bencaology for further research,development and utilization of Persicae Semen.
