Analysis of influencing factors of liver injury induced by chemotherapy in patients with triple-negative breast cancer
Objective To observe the influencing factors of chemotherapy induced liver injury in patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Ninety-two patients with TNBC treated in Rugao People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to September 2022 were selected and divided into case group(with liver injury,70 cases)and control group(without liver injury,22 cases)according to whether drug-induced liver injury occurred during chemotherapy. The related influencing factors of liver injury in TNBC patients with chemotherapy were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in chemotherapy regimen, combined hypertension, tumor stage, diabetes history,pre-chemotherapy albumin level, and triglyceride level between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression model analysis showed that chemotherapy regimen(OR=3.128,95%CI:1.397-7.008),diabetes history(OR=8.703,95%CI:1.310-57.828),pre-chemotherapy albumin level(OR=3.358,95%CI:1.410-7.995)were the influencing factors of liver injury in TNBC patients after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion TNBC patients with a history of diabetes, low pre-chemotherapy albumin levels, and Cisplatin combined with Doxorubicin and Paclitaxel Regimen has a higher risk of drug-related liver injury.
