Effect of iceberg theory individualized intervention model on the im-provement of cardiac function and maternal and infant outcomes in preg-nant women with heart disease
Objective To explore the value of iceberg theory individualized intervention in nursing of pregnant patients with heart disease. Methods A total of 89 pregnant women with heart disease admitted to the Huaian First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into the conventional group(44 cases)and the intervention group(45 cases)by random number table method. The conventional group received routine nursing, and the intervention group added iceberg theory individualized nursing on the basis of conventional group. In both groups, care was administered until one week after delivery. The changes of cardiac function and psychological state of the patients before and after intervention were observed, and the maternal and infant outcomes of the patients were also observed. Results After intervention, the cardiac function grading of the two groups was better than that before intervention, and the intervention group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section, adverse maternal outcomes, and adverse perinatal outcomes in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Iceberg theory individualized nursing for pregnant women with heart disease plays a positive role in improving cardiac function, emotional status, and maternal and infant outcomes.
