摘要
公立医院党建与业务融合是新时期加强党的全面领导和促进医院高质量发展的必然要求.本文以中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院为例,采用专家访谈及SWOT分析法对新形势下医院党建与业务融合的优势、劣势、机会、挑战进行分析及评价,为公立医院党建与业务融合提供一定的参考与建议.
Abstract
The party building and professional work integration of public hospitals is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the party's comprehensive leadership and promoting high-quality development of hospitals in the new era.Taking Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College as an example,this paper uses expert interviews and SWOT analysis to analyze and evaluate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges of party building and professional work integration in hospitals under the new situation,and provides certain references and suggestions for party building and professional work integration in public hospitals.
