Analysis of the medication rule of Professor Wang Yue in the treatment of primary Sj?gren syndrome based on data mining
Objective To analyse the medication rule of Professor Wang Yue in the treatment of primary Sjögren syndrome based on data mining.Methods The prescription of Professor Wang's first treatment of primary Sjögren syndrome from April 2022 to April 2023 was obtained from the Chinese medical pulse record system(V3.2)of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used to analyze the nature and flavour,channel tropism,frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine,association rules,and cluster analysis of the prescription.Results A total of 228 prescriptions were obtained.The main types of the treatment were syndrome of yin deficiency and depletion of fluid and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.There were 208 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and a total of 3 795 flavors were used.The four nature of drugs were mainly mild cold,cold,and plain,the five flavours of drugs were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the main channels were lung,stomach,liver,heart,spleen,and kidney.The analysis results of association rules were took raw Rehmanniae Radix,dry Dendrobii Caulis,Ophiopogonis Radix,Phragmitis Rhizoma,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Scutellariae Radix,and so on as the core.The cluster analysis could be divided into two different prescriptions,two new prescriptions,and five types of characteristic compatibility.Conclusion Professor Wang's treatment of primary Sjögren syndrome is often made of cold,bitter and sweet,plain drugs,and treatment from zang fu viscera channels.The relevant medication rules and new prescriptions were found out.
