Application of small private online course combined with virtual simulation experiment technology in pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching
Pharmaceutical analysis is an important professional course for pharmaceutical speciality,which plays an important role in the research,and development of new drugs,quality control of drug production process,clinical drug analysis and in vivo drug analysis and so on.Drug analysis experiment is a crucial part of pharmaceutical analysis teaching,which is a powerful supplement to the theory.For a long time,there are problems of limited teaching resources and course's length in pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching.Using virtual simulation technology,the author proposes a combination of virtuality and actuality experimental teaching mode based on small private online course.This paper takes liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry as an example to explore the effective connection between virtual simulation technology,and instrument object teaching in the hybrid teaching mode,which can make up for the shortage of real teaching and greatly improve the effectiveness of practical training teaching.
