Efficacy of standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block
Objective To explore the efficacy of standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block.Methods A total of 60 doctors in the Department of Pain,Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 in each group.The experiment group studied standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block,and the control group received the traditional teaching method.The teaching efficacy was evaluated through theory tests,simulation training,and questionnaires.Results The test scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the puncture time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the puncture needle development score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block acquired better efficacy in improving learning ability and practical ability.
