基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace实体器官移植术后真菌感染研究热点和趋势的可视化分析

目的 对国内外实体器官移植术后真菌感染的研究热点和趋势进行知识图谱可视化分析.方法 检索中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库建库至2023年7月收录的实体器官移植术后真菌感染相关文献,运用VOSviewer 1.6.16和CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件对发文量、作者、发文国家和关键词进行分析,并绘制比较国内外关键词的可视化图谱,以分析国内外的研究热点.结果 共纳入1 822篇文献,实体器官移植术后真菌感染相关研究发文量从2000年开始明显增加.中文文献中朱有华是国内发文量最多的作者.关键词聚类分析,中文文献有6个相关聚类.突现关键词检测得到中文文献中最近的研究热点主要集中在耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎、危险因素、临床药师和药学监护等方面.英文文献中Husain是发文量最多的作者.美国是发文量最多的国家,美国与其他国家合作关系最密切.关键词聚类分析,英文文献有4个相关聚类.突现关键词检测得到英文文献的研究热点则主要包括耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎、毛霉病、泊沙康唑、抗真菌药物管理和指南等.结论 我国的实体器官移植术后真菌感染研究正处于发展阶段.应结合国内外的研究热点,开展国内的抗真菌药物管理,并重视耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎、毛霉病等方面的研究,完善和细化国内的指南,以促进该领域的进一步发展和创新.
Visualization and analysis of research hotspots and trends in fungal infec-tions after solid organ transplantation base on VOSviewer and CiteSpace
Objective To visually analyze the research hotspots and trends of fungal infections after solid organ transplantation both domestically and internationally by knowledge graph.Methods Literatures related to fungal infection after solid organ transplantation in the database of CNKI and Web of Science core collection from the inception to July 23,2023 were collected.VOSviewer 1.6.16 and CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software were used to analyze publication,countries,and keywords,and the visual map was used to analyze the research hotspots both domestically and internationally.Results A total of 1 822 pieces of literatures were included,and the number of publications related to fungal infection after solid organ transplantation increased obviously from 2000.Zhu Youhua was the author with the highest publication output domestically.Based on keywords cluster analysis,six relevant research clusters studies domestically were found.The recent research hotspots in China mainly focused on Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia,risk factors,clinical pharmacists,and pharmaceutical care.Husain was the author with the highest publication output internationally.The country with highest publication volume was the United States,which also had the closest cooperation and communication with other countries.Based on keywords cluster analysis,four relevant research clusters studies internationally were found.The research hotspots internationally included Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia,mucormycosis,Posaconazole,antifungal drug management,and guidelines.Conclusion Research on fungal infections after solid organ transplantation in China is currently in a developmental stage.It is important to integrate the research hotspots both domestically and internationally,promote the development of antifungal drug management domestically,and prioritize research on Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia and mucormycosis,refine and elaborate domestic guidelines.This will be beneficial for promoting further development and innovation in this field.
