国医大师卢芳基于"血不利则为水"理论辨证论治特发性膜性肾病经验总结

摘要
特发性膜性肾病是临床常见的慢性肾脏病之一,西医治疗多以烷化剂等免疫抑制剂为主,但不良反应较多.国医大师卢芳运用中医药治疗特发性膜性肾病效果显著.卢芳教授认为特发性膜性肾病的病位在肾络,基于"血不利则为水"的理论,提出湿瘀胶结,内阻肾络为本病的核心病机,将"辛润通络,逐瘀消癥,利湿泄浊"这一治疗大法贯穿疾病的全程.卢芳教授重视辨病辨证,标本兼顾,灵活用药,取得了较好的临床疗效.附验案1则以佐证.
Abstract
Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is one of the most common chronic kidney diseases in clinic.Western medicine mainly treats immunosuppressant such as alkylating agents,but there are many side effects.Professor Lu Fang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,which traditional Chinese medicine treatment method has a significant therapeutic effect on idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Professor Lu Fang believed that the disease of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was located in the kidney collateral.Based on the theory of"unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention",Professor Lu Fang proposed that dampness and blood stasis interweaving and internally obstructing in the kidney collateral were the core pathogenesis of the disease,and the treatment of"pungent moistening and dredging collaterals,eliminating blood stasis and mass,removing dampness and turbidity"ran through the whole course of the disease.Professor Lu Fang pays attention to differentiation of disease and syndrome,gives consideration to both manifestation and root cause,and uses drugs flexibly,which has achieved good clinical effect.The appended case one is used as evidence.
