Application of problem-oriented nursing model in patients with intracra-nial injury and its impact on prognosis of patient
Objective To analyze the application of problem-oriented nursing model in patients with intracranial injury and its impact on prognosis of patient.Methods Clinical data of 74 patients with intracranial injury hospitalized in the Department of Neurosurgery,Bozhou People's Hospital,Anhui Province from January 2021 to November 2022 were prospectively selected.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each goup.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group adopted problem-oriented nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience level(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,[CD-RISC]),levels of post-traumatic stress disorder[the post-traumatic stress disorder cheeklist-civilian version,PCL-C),activity ability(functional independence measure[FIM]),and the living quality(generic quality of life inventory-74[GQOLI-74]),prognosis(Glasgow outcome scale[GOS]),(China stroke scale[CSSD were compared before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing,the scores of CD-RISC,FIM,GQOLI-74,and GOS were higher than those before nursing,while the scores of PCL-C and CSS were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of CD-RISC,FIM,GQOLI-74,and GOS in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the scores of PCL-C and CSS were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-oriented nursing model can improve cognitive function,enhance mental resilience,reduce the degree of post-traumatic stress disorder,improve daily living ability and quality of life,promote prognosis,and patients with high satisfaction.
