人腺病毒感染治疗的研究进展

摘要
人腺病毒传染性强,可引起多个器官病变,部分人群感染后可发展为危重症,预后差,病死率高.目前临床上使用的抗腺病毒药物的疗效和安全性存在争议.近年来,越来越多的化合物和中药在细胞或动物实验中显现出显著的抗腺病毒活性及良好的安全性.此外,T细胞免疫疗法、抗病毒单克隆抗体疗法和腺病毒疫苗也被证实可有效对抗腺病毒感染.本综述对抗腺病毒领域的最新研究和进展进行总结,为新型抗腺病毒药物的研制和临床工作提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Human adenovirus is highly infectious and can cause multiple organ lesions.Some people may develop critical illness after infection,with poor prognosis and high fatality rate.The efficacy and safety of antiadenovirus drugs currently used in clinical practice are controversial.In recent years,more and more compounds and traditional Chinese medicines have shown significant anti-adenovirus activity,and good safety in cell or animal tests.In addition,T cell immunotherapy,antiviral monoclonal antibody therapy,and adenovirus vaccines have also been shown to be effective against adenovirus infection.This review summarizes the latest research and progress in the field of antiadenovirus,and provides reference for the development and clinical work of novel antiadenovirus drugs.
