淫羊藿中山柰酚防治骨质疏松症的机制的研究进展

摘要
山柰酚是小檗科植物淫羊藿中主要有效成分,可调控成骨细胞、破骨细胞的增殖分化,促进骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨分化,从而调节骨代谢平衡.本文通过检索近年来有关山柰酚治疗骨质疏松症的文献进行综述,发现山柰酚主要是通过抑制白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子、JUN等炎症因子,调控核因子κB、雌激素受体、骨形态生成蛋白/Smads、Runx2等相关通路,继而影响成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞的分化成熟,抑制骨质疏松症的进程.本文为治疗骨质疏松症和研究新药物提供新的方案和依据.
Abstract
Kaempferol is the main active component of Epimedii Folium in Berberaceae.It can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast and osteoclast,promote the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblast,and thus regulate the balance of bone metabolism.In this review,the literature on kaempferol in the treatment of osteoporosi in recent years was reviewed.It is found that kaempferol regulates nuclear factor-κB,estrogen receptor,bone morphogenetic protein/Smads,Runx2,and other related pathways by inhibiting interleukin,tumor necrosis factor,JUN,and other inflammatory factors.Then it affects the differentiation and maturation of osteoblast,osteoclast,and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,and inhibits the process of osteoporosis.This paper provides a new scheme and basis for the treatment of osteoporosis and the study of new drugs.
