摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘探究高荣林教授治疗眩晕的用药规律.方法 选取2020年10月至2022年9月中国中医科学院广安门医院高荣林教授门诊眩晕患者的病案,根据诊断标准制订纳入与排除标准,通过Excel 2021建立处方数据库,采用R 4.2.1语言统计软件对药物的频次、性味、归经、功效等进行分析,运用R 4.2.1、Rstudio软件对高频中药进行关联规则及聚类分析.结果 共筛选处方159首,涉及中药130味,频次≥35的中药共20味,高频药物主要包括天麻、半夏、茯苓、白芍、牡丹皮、酸枣仁等;药性以平、温、寒为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以肝、脾、肺经为主,功效以补虚、清热、平肝息风等为主;药物关联规则显示,置信度达98％的角药为陈皮+茯苓-半夏,支持度最高的药对为陈皮、半夏;系统聚类分析方法得到6类.结论 高荣林教授治疗眩晕主要从肝、脾入手,以平肝健脾、调气化痰、清热安神为主.
Abstract
Objective To explore the medication rule of Professor Gao Ronglin in the treatment of vertigo based on data mining.Methods The medical records of vertigo patients in Professor Gao Ronglin Clinic of Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected.The inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated according to the diagnostic criteria,the prescription database was established through Excel 2021,and the frequency,nature and flavour,channel tropism,and efficacy of drugs were analyzed by using R 4.2.1 language statistical software.R 4.2.1 and Rstudio software were used to analyze the association rules and cluster of high frequency Chinese medicine.Results A total of 159 prescriptions were screened,involving 130 kinds of Chinese medicine and 20 kinds of Chinese medicine with frequency ≥ 35.High frequency drugs mainly included Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Poria,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Moutan Cortex,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,and so on.The drug natures were mainly plain,warm,and cold.The drug flavours were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent.Liver,spleen,and lung channels were the main channels,and the main effects were tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,and so on.The drug association rules showed that 98％of the confidence was Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium plus Poria-Pinelliae Rhizoma,and the highest support was Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and Pinelliae Rhizoma.Six categories were obtained by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor Gao Ronglin's treatment of vertigo mainly starts from liver and spleen,and mainly focuses on calming liver and invigorating spleen,regulating qi and eliminating phlegm,clearing heat for tranquilization.
