Discussion on medication rule of alcoholic liver disease based on the national patent of Chinese medicine compound prescription
Objective To study the medication rule of alcoholic liver disease based on the national patent of Chinese medicine compound prescription.Methods The patents of Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease from September 1985 to July 2023 were searched on the China Patent Publication and Announcement Website.The frequency of drug,the analysis of nature and flavour,channel tropism,and efficacy of drug,compatibility association rule analysis and cluster analysis were conducted using the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)and IBM SPSS Modeler.Results A total of 55 patents were included,involving 270 kinds of drugs.The most frequently used drug was Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma.The drug natures were mainly cold and warm,the drug flavours were mainly bitter and sweet,mostly return to the liver,spleen,stomach,and lung channels,and the efficacy was mainly to clear heat and remove toxicity.The couplet medicines with the highest degree of support was Bupleuri Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,and the triple medicines with the highest degree of support was Bupleuri Radix plus Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma-Alismatis Rhizoma.Three drug combinations were obtained by high-frequency drug cluster analysis.Conclusion The basic treatment of alcoholic liver disease is to clear heat and remove toxicity,pay attention to the combination of cold and warm,and treat liver from intestine.
