Investigation on status quo and influencing factors of disability acceptance of young stroke patients,and its correlation with quality of life
Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of disability acceptance of young patients with stroke and its correlation with quality of life.Methods The general information,disability acceptance,and quality of life of 300 young patients with stroke in the Affiliated Huaian No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June 2018 to June 2022 were investigated.The influencing factors of disability acceptance in young patients with stroke were analyzed by multiple linear regression,and the correlation between disability acceptance and quality of life was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results A total of 300 young patients with stroke had the lowest subordinate score of body shape,and their total disability acceptance score was in the middle and low acceptance level,with the middle and low acceptance levels were relatively high.The scores of stroke-specific quality of life(SS-QOL)scale were positively correlated with scores of disability acceptance(r>0,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that gender,level of education,monthly family income,time from illness to treatment,computerized tomography classification,modified Rankin score,and score of SS-QOL were influencing factors of disability acceptance of young patients with stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of disability acceptance of young patients with stroke should be improved,and there are many influencing factors,all scores of SS-QOL are positively correlated with disability acceptance score.
