Application effect of lower limb robot combined with knee joint control training in patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of lower limb robot combined with knee joint control training in patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke. Methods A total of 106 patients with lower limb dysfunction after stroke admitted to Nanjing Brain Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received knee joint control training, and the observation group was given lower limb robot combined with knee joint control training. After three months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, symptom score, gait parameters and exercise endurance of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of the Fugl-Meyer assessment of lower extremity scale,Berg balance scale, and Holden functional ambulation classification scale of lower limbs in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak value of hip flexion and knee bending in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the step length was longer than that before treatment, and the step frequency and step speed were faster than those before treatment, and the peak value of hip flexion and knee bending in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the step length was longer than that in the control group, and the step frequency and step speed were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak oxygen uptake(V02 peak)and anaerobic threshold(AT)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the 6 min walk test(6 MWT)distance was longer than that before treatment, and the V02 peak and AT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the 6 MWT distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower limb robot combined with knee joint control training has significant effect on stroke patients with lower limb dysfunction, which can improve lower limb motor function, enhance exercise endurance and improve quality of life.
