Efficacy and behavioral impact of social game training based on Interna-tional Classification of Functioning,Disability, and Health theory on chil-dren with autism
Objective To explore the efficacy and behavioral impact of social game training based on International Classification of Functioning,Disability, and Health(ICF)theory on children with autism. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,80 children with autism admitted to Huaian Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University were selected. They were divided into control group(40 cases, routine rehabilitation training)and observation group(40 cases, social game training based on ICF theory). The scores of treatment effect, behavioral ability, developmental level, and social status before and after treatment between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of treatment effect(speech/language/communication,social ability,perception/cognitive ability, and health/body/behavior),behavioral ability(sensation, communication, language, physical movement, and self-care),and social status(communication, social interaction, and repetitive stereotypical behavior)in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of developmental level(language, major motor, fine motor,personal-social,and adaptive behavior)in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Social game training based on ICF theory can improve the behavioral ability, development level, and social status of children with autism, and improve the overall treatment effect.
