Effect of KANO model nursing on quality of life and mental health of patients with vitreous hemorrhage after surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of KANO model nursing on the quality of life and mental health of patients with vitreous hemorrhage after surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with vitreous hemorrhage treated in Lu'an Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent vitrectomy and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery, and the observation group received KANO model nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Intraocular pressure, visual analogue scale(VAS)score,National Eye Institute visual functioning questionnaire-25(NEI VFQ-25),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, intraocular pressure and VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,NEI VFQ-25 scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and those observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SDS,SAS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of surgical treatment,KANO model nursing can further improve the visual function quality of life of significant patients, relieve depression, anxiety, and other adverse psychology, further promote patient recovery, reduce intraocular pressure and pain degree, and improve nursing satisfaction, which has a high promotion value.
