Application of nursing mode based on stress system theory in patients with adenomyosis after total hysterectomy
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing mode based on stress system theory in patients with adenomyosis(AM)after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 73 AM patients who underwent total hysterectomy in Lishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Zhejiang Province from January 2019 to February 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(37 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group combined nursing mode based on stress system theory on the basis of the control group.Post-traumatic stress disorder,psychological resilience,stigma,and coping styles were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of post-traumatic stress disorder checklist-civilian version in both groups was lower than that before intervention,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Connor-Davidson resilience scale in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the social impact scale scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the avoidance and yield dimension scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face dimension scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode based on stress system theory can alleviate post-traumatic stress disorder,regulate psychological resilience,reduce stigma,and improve coping styles in AM patients after total hysterectomy.
