肠内营养支持在重症监护病房患者肠内营养中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨肠内营养支持在重症监护病房患者肠内营养中的应用.方法 以便利抽样法选取江苏省南通市第六人民医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的重症医学科82例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组予以常规肠外营养支持,观察组予以肠内营养支持护理,比较两组肠内营养丢弃,并发症及患者营养水平.结果 护理后,两组前白蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、转铁蛋白高于护理前(P＜0.05);观察组在住院天数、肠内营养丢弃率均低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组肠内营养并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 肠内营养支持能有效改善重症监护病房患者肠内营养水平,减轻肠内营养并发症及肠内营养丢弃等,具有临床指导意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of enteral nutrition support in patients with intensive care unit.Methods A total of 82 patients admitted to Department of Critical Care Medicine,the Sixth People's Hospital of Nantong from January 2020 to December 2022 were studied by convenience sampling method,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine parenteral nutrition support,and the observation group was given enteral nutrition support care.The nutritional discarding,complications,and nutritional level of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,prealbumin,retinol-binding protein,and transferrin in the two groups were higher than those before nursing care(P＜0.05).The hospitalization days and the abandonment rate of enteral nutrition in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in enteral nutrition complications between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition support can effectively improve the level of enteral nutrition in intensive care unit patients,reduce enteral nutrition complications and enteral nutrition abandonment,and has clinical guiding significance.
