Intervention effect of goal oriented rehabilitation exercise during postop-erative intervention in patients with lower limb fractures
Objective To explore the application effect of goal oriented rehabilitation exercise during postoperative intervention in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods A total of 110 patients with lower limb fracture in the Department of Orthopedics of Nantong Third People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from March 2020 to September 2022 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group combined goal oriented rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.Lower limb swelling, knee joint function, and adverse mental state were compared between the two groups in different time periods. Results Overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in time point,inter-group,and interaction of calf circumference diameter, thigh circumference diameter, and swelling degree score(P<0.05).Further pairwise comparison,intra-group comparison:comparison of calf circumference diameter, thigh circumference diameter, and swelling degree scores at each time point between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups:the scores of calf circumference, thigh circumference, and swelling degree score in the study group one and three months after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,Lysholm knee joint score in both groups was higher than that before intervention, and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation, the Chinese-21 of depression anxiety and stress scale in both groups was lower than that before intervention, and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of goal oriented rehabilitation exercise can improve the recovery speed of the affected limb and improve the postoperative psychological state of the patients with lower limb fracture.
