Application effect of ACE-Star evidence-based nursing model in the postoperative rehabilitation care of thyroid cancer patients
Objective To investigate the application effect of ACE-Star evidence-based nursing model in the postoperative rehabilitation care of thyroid cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Fuyang Cancer Hospital in Anhui Province from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected by simple random sampling method,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing model,and the observation group implemented ACE-Star evidence-based nursing model,the neck motion degree of the two groups were observed and compared the next day and 12 weeks after surgery.Results At 12 weeks after surgery,the degree of neck motion in both groups was higher than that on the next day after surgery,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion ACE-Star evidence-based nursing model can accelerate the improvement of cervical motor function in patients with thyroid cancer after surgery,which is of great significance for improving prognosis.
