Application effect of risk intervention mode in patients with intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization
Objective To explore the application effect of risk nursing intervention mode in patients with intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization. Methods A total of 86 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent interventional embolization from January 2021 to December 2022 in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University were selected and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the sutdy group received risk nursing intervention based on the control group. The occurrence of complications, coping style, and quality of life of patients in the two groups were observed. Both groups were treated for one week and followed up for three months. Results The total complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of avoidance and yield dimension in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of face dimension were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of avoidance and yield dimension in the study group were lower than control group, and the scores of face dimension in the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of the World Health Organization quality of life-100 scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk nursing can reduce complications and improve disease coping style and quality of life in patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing interventional embolization.
