Influence of intervention strategies on the delivery of primipara under the guidance of nursing weakness analysis
Objective To explore the influence of intervention strategies on the delivery of primipara under the guidance of nursing weakness analysis.Methods A total of 180 primiparas who gave birth in the Huaian First People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group implemented the nursing weakness analysis oriented intervention strategy based on the control group.The prenatal emotional state,delivery mode,self-care ability,and postpartum newborn feeding were observed.Results After intervention,trait anxiety scale score of both groups was lower than that before intervention,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of state anxiety scale in both groups was lower than that before intervention,and that of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in delivery method between two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of self-care ability scale in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant differenct in breast feed ing situation between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention strategy guided by the nursing weakness analysis has positive effects on the improvement of emotional regulation,delivery mode and postpartum nursing treatment in the perinatal period of primipara.
