Application effect of multidimensional mode intervention based on root cause analysis in the perioperative period of primary liver cancer patients
Objective To analyze the application effect of multidimensional mode intervention based on root cause analysis in the perioperative period of primary liver cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with primary liver cancer who were to undergo hepatectomy in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were included, they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group implemented multi dimensional mode intervention, and the study group implemented multidimensional mode intervention based on root cause analysis.Hope level(Herth hope index[HHI]),psychological state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),quality of life(quality of life questionnaire-core 30[QLQ-C30]),and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,HHI scores in two groups were higher than those in the intervention group, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score of the two groups was higher than that of the intervention group, and the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of primary liver cancer patients, multidimensional intervention based on root cause analysis can improve the level of hope and psychological state of patients, reduce postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life.
