基于《黄帝内经》四时养生理论探讨代谢性疾病防治的研究进展

糖脂代谢紊乱是代谢性疾病的重要病理特征之一.本文通过对文献整理,发现代谢性疾病的发生和相关指标的变化存在一定季节规律.血脂相关指标在冬季较夏季升高,可能受气温、饮食、活动等影响.糖代谢相关指标冬季高于夏季,可能与低温导致神经内分泌系统活动增强,进食增多,棕色脂肪代谢活动减少有关.胰岛素抵抗也显示冬季高于夏季,可能与体温调节障碍、交感神经功能减弱等因素相关.现代医家运用《黄帝内经》中的四时养生方法,尊崇顺时调脾、顺时养神,从固护脾胃,调摄情志,顺应四时阴阳消长的变化规律等角度,可有效防止代谢性疾病的季节紊乱,为糖脂代谢紊乱患者的四时养生调护提供参考.
Research progress of prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases based on four seasons regimen theory in Huangdi Neijing
The disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism is one of the important pathological features of metabolic diseases.This paper,through literature review found that the occurrence of metabolic diseases and the changes of related indicators have certain seasonal rules.The related indexes of blood lipids increased in winter compared with summer,which may be affected by temperature,diet,activities,etc.The related indexes of glucose metabolism are higher in winter than in summer,which may be related to the increased activity of neuroendocrine system,increased eating and decreased metabolic activity of brown fat caused by low temperature.Insulin resistance is also higher in winter,which may be related to factors such as dysregulation of body temperature and weakened sympathetic nerve function.Modern doctors use the four seasons regimen method in the Huangdi Neijing,respecting the spleen and the spirit in accordance with the time,from the perspective of caring for the spleen and stomach,adjusting emotion,and complying with the change law of the yin and yang of the four hours,it can effectively prevent the seasonal disorders of metabolic diseases,and provide reference for the four seasons regimen and care of patients with glucose and lipid metabolism disorders.
