Research progress of surface patterning and modification of polymer biomaterials based on soft lithography
The micromorphology of the surface of biomaterials can regulate the behavior of cells by imitating extracellular matrix.Based on polydimethylsiloxane soft lithography,the physicochemical and biological properties of thermoplastic and non-thermoplastic materials are analyzed,bow to fabricate single or composite surfaces patterning by melt casting and solution casting respectively is described,and how to influence the biological behavior of tissue engineering cells through the pattern characteristics is discussed.In addition,by referring to the modification methods of thermoplastic materials(surface chemical modification,surface micro-nano morphology modification,and surface biological coating modification),the paper discusses how to endow the materials with new biological functions on the basis of the thermoplastic patterning structure,and provides a reference for the research on the patterning and modification of the surface of polymer biomaterials.
