Research progress of evaluation scales in the application of acupuncture for generalized anxiety disorder
Acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)has significant characteristics and advantages,and its clinical efficacy evaluation mainly depends on the relevant evaluation scales.Actively evaluating the status of patients in the treatment process is helpful to timely adjust the acupuncture treatment plan.In order to select a suitable and reliable evaluation scales and comprehensively evaluate the symptoms and conditions of GAD patients,this paper summarizes the evaluation scales(including main content,scope of application,characteristics,advantages,and limitations,etc.)used in acupuncture treatment of GAD,compares and classifies the basic information and clinical application of each scale,and puts forward targeted suggestions.In order to provide reference for further optimization of the evaluation of clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of GAD,and provide reference for the development and application of evaluation scales for domestic GAD patients.
