头痛日记在临床诊疗中应用的研究进展

摘要
头痛日记作为一种客观记录头痛发作情况的专业临床工具,在临床诊断、治疗、预防等方面发挥着重要作用.头痛日记的出现最早可追溯至20世纪80年代,经过持续的临床实践验证与发展,其内容不断丰富完善,应用形式也由最初的纸质版过渡为电子版头痛日记.使用头痛日记收集相关头痛信息,可在头痛的时间节律、触发因素、治疗情况、临床特征性诊断等多方面开展诊治及研究,包括描述疾病特征、监测药物使用、制订个体化治疗方案、建立并实时更新预测模型等.头痛日记的使用让包括医生、患者及研究者在内的多方参与者从中受益,在未来头痛的健康管理方面,应加强专业的标准化头痛日记的使用,尤其是电子日记的使用,以提升头痛日记在临床诊治中的经济社会效益.
Abstract
As a professional clinical tool to objectively record the onset of headache,headache diary plays a vital role in clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prevention.The emergence of the earliest headache diary can be traced to the 1980s,through continuous clinical practice and development,its content has constantly enriched,the form has also transitioned from the paper version to the electronic version.The use of headache diary to collect relevant headache information can be used to conduct diagnosis,treatment and research on time rhythm,trigger factors,clinical characteristics of headache,including describing disease characteristics,monitoring drug use,customizing treatment plans,establishing and updating predictive models.The use of headache diary has benefited many participants including doctors,patients,and researchers.In the future health management of headache,the use of professional standardized headache diary,especially the electronic diary,should be strengthened to enhance the economic and social benefits of headache diary in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
