Discovery of the prescription medication rules for the treatment of abdom-inal distension and fullness disease in the Chinese Medical Classics based on the Inheritance Platform of Famous Doctors
Objective To analyze the prescription medication rules for the treatment of abdominal distension and fullness disease in Chinese Medical Classics based on the Inheritance Platform of Famous Doctors.Methods The Chinese Medical Classics was searched to collect the prescriptions for the treatment of abdominal distension,and the data mining was carried out on the four nature,five flavours,channel tropism of Chinese materia medica,core drug,drug compatibility,drug-syndrome association,drug clustering,etc.,using the Inheritance Platform of Famous Doctors.Results A total of 201 prescriptions were included,with a total of 273 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The four nature of commonly used Chinese materia medica were mainly warm,cold,and plain.The five flavours of Chinese materia medica were mainly sweet,bitter,and sweet.Spleen,stomach,and lung channels were the main channels.There were 25 kinds of core drug,such as Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.There were 27 couplet medicines of commonly used Chinese materia medica,such as Coptidis Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix.By cluster analysis,ten drug groups were obtained with support degree ≥0.05.There was a correlation law of the drug-symptoms of treating abdominal pain with Aurantii Fructus Immaturus-Aucklandiae Radix-Coptidis Rhizoma.Conclusion The prescriptions for the treatment of abdominal distension and fullness disease in the Chinese Medical Classics are mainly used to regulate the spleen and stomach,and mostly adopt the methods of regulating qi and dispelling dampness,combining with digestion,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,invigorating qi,and nourishing blood,etc.The couplet medicines,drug groups,and drug-disease combinations excavated can be used in clinical treatment.
