基于数据挖掘耳穴治疗胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍的选穴规律研究

目的 基于数据挖掘技术归纳总结耳穴治疗胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍(PGD)的选穴规律。方法 系统检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台、SinoMed、PubMed中建库至2023年6月耳穴治疗胃癌PGD的选穴规律的相关文献。采用Excel建立耳穴数据库,SPSS Modeler 18。0对所选耳穴进行关联规则分析,SPSS Statistics 26。0对耳穴进行系统聚类分析。结果 纳入34篇相关文献,筛选出34种耳穴组穴,其中包含13个耳穴,共计使用203次。耳穴治疗PGD的主要方式是耳穴压豆,多选用耳甲部耳穴,主要涉及胃、大肠、小肠、交感、皮质下、脾、神门等。关联规则示小肠-胃,大肠-胃的相关性最高;聚类分析发现耳穴可大致分为3类,分别为大肠、小肠、胃、交感、皮质下、神门、内分泌、脾;肝、心、脑干;三焦、肾。结论 耳穴治疗PGD在临床上得到广泛运用,临床选穴具有一定规律,基于数据挖掘技术得出的腧穴配伍对精准干预PGD具有一定的指导意义。
Study on the point selection rules of auricular point treatment of gastric cancer postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction based on data mining
Objective To summarize the point selection rules of auricular point treatment of gastric cancer postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction(PGD)based on data mining technology.Methods The relevant literatures on the point selection rules of auricular point treatment for gastric cancer PGD were systematically searched from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,SinoMed,and PubMed from inception to June 2023.The auricular point database was established by Excel,the association rules of the selected auricular points were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0,and the systematic cluster analysis was performed by SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results A total of 34 relevant literatures were included and 34 kinds of auricular points were selected,including 13 auricular points,which were used for a total of 203 times.The main way of auricular point treatment of PGD was ear point bean pressing,and the ear points of the nail were mostly used,mainly involving the stomach,large intestine,small intestine,sympathetic,subcortical,spleen,shénmén,and so on.The association rule showed that the small intestine-stomach,and the large intestine-stomach had the highest correlation.Cluster analysis showed that auricular points could be roughly divided into three categories:large intestine,small intestine,stomach,sympathetic,subcortical,shénmén,endocrine,spleen;liver,heart,brain stem;sānjiāo,kidney.Conclusion Auricular point treatment of PGD has been widely used in clinical practice,clinical point selection has certain rules,and the compatibility of points based on data mining technology has certain guiding significance for accurate intervention of PGD.
