Analysis of influencing factors of undergraduates'self-improvement will-ingness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
Objective To explore the influencing factors of undergraduates'self-improvement willingness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in traditional Chinese medicine universities.Methods The research used simple random sampling.A total of 3 036 undergraduates of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from the classes of 2018 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Online questionnaires with five dimensions including basic information,conceptual understanding,self-awareness,school education,and self-improvement were issued.According to the self-improvement willingness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,they were divided into strong group and not strong group.The influencing factors of undergraduates'self-improvement willingness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability were analyzed.Results A total of 2 904 questionnaires were valid,with an effective recovery rate of 95.65%.There were 1 981 undergraduates with strong self-improvement willingness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.There were significant differences in grades,whether"replication"was innovation,the source of innovation,the training approach of innovation and entrepreneurship,self-innovation positioning,the generation time of innovative thinking,personal graduation planning,whether innovation and entrepreneurship activities were held,whether construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,whether teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship teaching guides innovative thinking,and whether the training time of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching should be compared at the undergraduate level between two groups(P<0.05)."Replication"was innovation,self-innovation positioning(entertainment,life,sports,and others),the generation time of innovative thinking(when the state was excellent,when it was difficult to produce innovative thinking),and personal graduation planning(direct employment,no plan for the time being),and the training time of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching should be compared at the undergraduate level were the influencing factors of undergraduates'self-improvement willingness of innovation and entrepreneurship ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine universities should combine the characteristics and advantages of course specialties,and target reasonable training according to the self-orientation and future planning of different undergraduates.
