Effect of anxiety on blood pressure in maintenance hemodialysis patients after loss function of arteriovenous internal fistul
Objective To investigate the anxiety state of maintenance hemodialysis patients after the losing function internal fistula, and to analyze the influence of anxiety state on the blood pressure of patients. Methods A total of 111 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from December 2021 to October 2023 in Maanshan People's Hospital,Anhui Province were selected as the study objects.According to whether internal fistula has lost function, they were divided into losing function of internal fistula group(51 cases)and internal fistula patency group(60 cases).General demographic questionnaire and state-trait anxiety inventory were used to investigate and compare state anxiety and trait anxiety.Univariate and multifactorial analysis was performed to identify the risk factors affecting maintenance hemodialysis patients and validate the effect. Results The score of state anxiety in losing function of internal fistula group was higher than that in the internal fistula patency group(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression showed that anxiety was influence factor for blood pressure(OR=4.69,P<0.05).Maintenance hemodialysis patients with anxiety had 4.69 times higher blood pressure than non-anxious patients. The sensitivity of blood pressure increase prediction in patients with internal fistula was 71.4%,the specificity was 65.2%,and the Youden index was 36.6%.Conclusion The anxiety level of patients after losing internal fistula function is increased significantly, and anxiety increase the risk of raising blood pressure. It is necessary to pay attention to the anxiety state of patients after the loss of internal fistula and give targeted nursing.
