Analysis of related factors and nursing strategies for malnutrition in graft-versus-host disease patients
Objective To explore the influencing factors for malnutrition in patients with graft versus-host disease(GVHD),and to provide basis for formulation of nursing intervention strategies in hematology departments.Methods A total of 128 GVHD patients admitted to the Department of Hematology,Huaian Second People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from September 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into normal group(90 cases)and malnourished group(38 cases)according to the nutritional status assessment criteria.General data questionnaire,patient-generated subjective global assessment,diet health knowledge questionnaire,psychological assessment scale,and other investigation tools were used to carry out univariate analysis and logistic multivariate analysis.Results There were significant differences in diet health education,oral ulcer,and psychological state between the two groups(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that oral ulcer,diet health eduation,and psychological states were the influentce factors for malnutrition in GVHD patients(OR=2.487,2.378,3.281,P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the occurrence of malnutrition in GVHD.Nursing staff should strengthen the intervention of oral cleaning,establish the correct concept of healthy diet,alleviate bad psychological emotions and other intervention,and prevent the risk of malnutrition.
