基于CiteSpace的腰椎黄韧带有限元模型国内研究的可视化分析

目的 基于CiteSpace探讨腰椎黄韧带有限元模型研究的热点与趋势.方法 检索1990年1月至2023年8月中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台3大数据库中,腰椎黄韧带有限元模型的相关中文文献;运用CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件生成作者、机构合作、关键词等图谱.结果 共纳入文献1 395篇,发文量总体呈增长趋势;核心作者丁宇发文最多;发文量最多机构为上海大学期刊社;关键词中"生物力学"出现频次最高;生成了"生物力学"等9个聚类;时间线路图中,最大的节点为"姿势性脊柱后凸";突现图中"活动度"的研究持续至今.结论 腰椎黄韧带有限元模型领域的研究总体增加,主要热点是"生物力学","脊柱"将是未来有限元领域的研究重点.
Visualized analysis of domestic research on finite element model of lum-bar vertebra ligamenta flavum based on CiteSpace
Objective To study the hot spot and trend of finite element model of lumbar vertebra ligamenta flavum based on CiteSpace.Methods Chinese literature on finite element model of lumbar vertebra ligamenta flavum was retrieved from three major databases:CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data from January 1990 to August 2023.CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to generate author,institutional cooperation,and keyword graphs.Results A total of 1 395 literatures were included,and the number of published papers showed an overall increasing trend.Ding Yu,the core author,published the most papers.The institution with the largest number of publications was Shanghai University Journal Press.Among the keywords,"biomechanics"appeared the most frequently.Nine clusters including"biomechanics"were generated.In the time circuit diagram,the largest node was"postural kyphosis".The study of"activity"in the emergent graph continued to this day.Conclusion The research in the field of finite element model of lumbar vertebra ligamenta flavum has increased in general,and the main focus is"biomechanics",and"spine"will be the focus of future finite element research.
