Effect of prenatal psychological resilience support based on SOR theory on the psychological resilience and coping styles of scar pregnancy par-turient with cesarean section again
Objective To explore the effect of prenatal psychological resilience support based on stimulate-organism-reaction(SOR)theory on scar pregnancy parturient with cesarean section again.Methods A total of 120 scar pregnancy parturient who were expected to undergo cesarean section in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received prenatal psychological resilience support intervention based on SOR theory.Both groups received continuous intervention for eight weeks.The psychological resilience level and coping styles between two groups before intervention and eight weeks after intervention were compared.Results Eight weeks after intervention,the scores of anxiety control,depression suppression,mental state,anxiety suppression,and total score of the scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of plan-preparation and spirituality-positive coping in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);while the scores of avoidance in both groups were lower than before intervention,and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal psychological resilience support based on SOR theory can improve the psychological resilience level of scar pregnancy parturient with cesarean section again,and promote their adoption of positive coping styles.
