Effect of operating room nursing on perioperative nursing of patients un-dergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy under enhanced recovery after surgery concept
Objective To investigate the influence of operating room nursing on perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy under enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept. Methods A total of 82 patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy in Huangshan City People's Hospital,Anhui Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for a prospective study, and they were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group received operating room nursing under ERAS concept.Perioperative indicators,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, and compliance score were compared between the two groups, and postoperative complications were statistically analyzed. Results The duration of operation, extubation, consciousness recovery, feeding, gastrointestinal recovery, getting out of bed,and hospitalization in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the con trol group(P<0.05).The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in intraoperative body temperature, time point and interaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Further pairwise comparison and intra-group comparison:the temperature of the two groups at each time point of operation was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:the body temperature of intervention group was lower than that of control group at 15 min and 30 min after operation(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of SAS,SDS,and VAS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of exercise, perception, medication, and diet in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores in intervention group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing under the concept of ERAS has significant improvement on perioperative relevant indicators, anxiety and depression, and compliance in patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy, and can significantly reduce postoperative complications, which is worthy of promotion.
